A MASSIVE police operation to sift through 20 tonnes of rubbish will start this morning after reports a headless body was dumped at a tip.
Police will begin the mammoth task at the Clayton South tip at 9am following unconfirmed reports of a decapitated body from passers-by.
Police confirmed they had received 000 calls reporting the headless body in the tip near the intersection of Deals and Ryans Roads.

警方已确认有目击者报警称在Clatyon South的Deals Rd和Ryans Roads交汇处附近一个垃圾填埋场发现一具无头尸体。警方将在20多吨的垃圾中搜寻线索。
另据今天的《The Age》报道，在墨尔本东区Doncaster购物中心附近，有一名妇女在一个垃圾桶里看到一个无头尸，但等警方赶到现场时，那个垃圾桶已经被垃圾车收走。
维州警方女发言人不愿透露目前这个垃圾桶在何处，也不愿意证实该垃圾桶属于家用还是商业用途。她表示目前还不能确认目击者看到的是否人的遗骸。
