数十年来澳洲电话礼仪的演变


formal "good morning" or "good afternoon" followed by your name was the only acceptable way to answer the phone.

今天的墨尔本《Herald Sun》刊登了一则很有意思的新闻,指澳洲的电话礼仪在数十年里已发生很大的变化。如今很多澳洲年轻人连最基本的电话礼貌用语都不会用或者不愿意用。

澳洲“礼仪皇后”June Dally-Watkins告诫老板们,这种现象可能会给公司商家的形象造成损害,从而在经济利益上带来很大的损失。

文中甚至提到“how are you?”在电话用语中也是不太好的。
