At least one death every three weeks - thats ridiculous and why is this so under-reported. A woman and child lost their lives - it was murder suicide and it warrants a small mention in an article on barriers - it should have been splashed over the front page - that poor child - imagine the fear in that child during the plunge to its unfortunate AND preventable death - absolutely tragic! Awareness assists in prevention - stop hiding the truth
