竞价到了168万时，那对香港夫妇退出。眼看着拍卖师要三声落锤了，突然在那位“光头”买家旁边杀出一位“程咬金”，看外表象来自越南、印尼那边的人士。

结果两人开始缩小幅度以10,000后来改为5000元开始竞价。那位“光头”显然根本不考虑代价，完全势在必得。最后以$1,900,000元成交！

在众人的鼓掌声中，那位穿着牛仔裤、看起来年龄不到50岁的“光头”男士和拍卖师握手后，施施然踱进仍然正在营业的“阿姨水饺”店内，原来他就是这家华人快餐店的老板，来自咱们中国，原先租的这个店铺，现在成为名副其实的真正东主。

成交后，单单10％的Deposit就要立即交付$190,000元，60天后要把190万补齐。开这么一家小小快餐店的老板荷包竟然还蛮充实。
