下周二预算联邦政府首置补贴如何变化

维州政府的预算案已经出炉，对首次置业者的州政府基本上是鼓励购买或新建房。

对于新建房，州政府首置补贴从原先的$5000上涨到$11,000元，二手房则从原先的3000下调到2000元。

如今众所瞩目的是即将于下周二公布的联邦预算案。

联邦政府的首置补贴会如何变化呢？

据2009年5月9日《Herald Sun》报道，7月1日以后，联邦政府有可能将新房首置补贴从去年10月14日原先提高到21,000元改为$14,000元。而二手房则回到最初的$7000元。

当然这些只是媒体猜测，还是等待周二财长公布预算案的结果吧。

The Government is expected to continue to boost its payments for new housing -- possibly by around $7000 -- from July 1.

Coupled with the $7000 first home owners grant, this would give those buying a new house $14,000 in financial support.

But the $7000 bonus payment that applies to existing housing is expected to be wound back and possibly scrapped.
