国民银行NAB再度调降固定房贷利率1％

NAB will reduce its one-year introductory fixed home loan rate to 4.99 per cent, from 5.99 per cent, effective December 1.

据2008年11月28日《澳洲人报》报道，从12月1日起，澳洲国民银行NAB将1年期“蜜月”房贷利率从5.99%降到4.99%，3年“蜜月期”利息从6.89%降到5.89%。其他非蜜月期固定利息也都降低了1%！
