2010年全澳房价预计将再上升百分之八

HOUSING prices could increase another 8 per cent this year -- on top of last year's 12 per cent -- before rising interest rates take the steam out of the market closer to Christmas.

据2010年2月13日《澳洲人报》报道，澳洲房价在2009年平均上升了12%，专家预计在2010年将再上升8%。估计在今年圣诞节前，随着利率的上升才能使澳洲房产市场降温。

澳洲房产监测机构经济学家贝尔（Matthew Bell）认为，房产市场还将保持其复苏态势直至今年年底或明年初房贷利率上升到7.5到8%为止。“我并不认为今年的房地产市场将像去年那样强劲，但仍将相对强劲。”

地产研究机构BIS Shrapnel高级经济学家安德森（Jason Anderson）表示，新住房的缺少和移民的涌入使得房屋日益短缺。“我们预计全澳房屋短缺将达到大约15万所，单单在悉尼所在地新州，其房屋就短缺8.4万所。”
