悉尼中位房价首次突破60万澳元大关

SYDNEY property values are on the rise again with the median house price smashing through the $600,000 barrier last month.

Residex figures show the average Sydney house sold for $610,500 in September, a rise of $11,000 from the previous month. The median house price in Sydney broke through the $500,000 mark in 2003 before high interest rates and then a slowing economy hit the market.
