It's three bedrooms on a quarter of an acre block and backs on to a nature reserve. Yet it cost less than some Eastern Suburbs residents spend on a car.
At $240,000, and with mortgage repayments at just $320 a week, the couple are saving money compared to what they were paying in rent.
