Lucky escape … the scene in Peakhurst after a P-plater's car flipped onto its roof.
At Peakhurst yesterday morning, a 25-year-old P-plate driver was taken to St George Hospital after her car flipped over. A witness said the woman managed to climb out of the car after the accident. "There was a big crunch and then I ran outside and saw the car on its roof," the witness said.
An Ambulance Service spokeswoman said the woman was in a stable condition.
