年轻专业人士迁入 墨尔本房价较廉宜地区收入水平上升

MELBOURNE'S inner southeastern suburbs are still home to the state's top earners, says the latest Australian Bureau of Statistics data.

据2011年7月29日《Hearld Sun》报道，澳洲统计局昨天公布的最新数据显示，随着年轻专业人士的不断迁入，墨尔本房价较廉宜地区的平均收入水平上升，收入最高的城区已不再是传统的富人区Toorak、Kew等，而是东南近城区Prahran，平均收入超过$87,000澳元。

紧随其后的是Brighton ($85,519)， Malvern ($81,000) 和Kew ($79,200)。
