炒老板“鱿鱼”近八月来澳辞职案例创十年新高

THE number of employees and managers actively looking and applying for new jobs has risen dramatically in the past eight months as workers feel the sacrifices they made during the global financial crisis have gone unrecognised by their employers.

在过去的八个月里，澳洲积极寻找新职位的雇员和高级经理人数大幅飙升。他们普遍认为老板无视自己在全球金融风暴中作出的牺牲。据悉，有18%的在职员工已经申请了新工作，这个数目比去年九月份上升了64%，而积极寻找新工作的雇员也从17%上升到38%。

专家表示，雇主和人事部门应对这样的情势高度重视，除非公司采取行动，否则他们可能要花更高的薪资，聘请同样优秀的新员工。
