昆州华男杀妻砌墙案判决 潘家根被判误杀入狱12年

Pan, 45, who was divorced from Ms Cui in March 2009, admitted he chopped her body into seven pieces and tried to entomb the parts in a home-made cavity he built in a hallway cupboard at his townhouse in Woodridge, a Logan suburb. The judge described the attack as "sustained and gruesome" and sentenced Pan to 12 years for the manslaughter and 18 months for interfering with a corpse.

法庭文件显示，2009年8月，被告一怒之下杀死妻子崔林谨，并用电锯分尸7块砌入墙中，后被警方抓获。

被告承认误杀，但坚称自己是在前妻崔林谨侮辱他不是男人，不能给她性高潮，还说他是“太监”之后，才愤而将她掐死的。
