Latest data still shows a 25 per cent annual increase in cost of median housing.Boronia, Ferntree Gully and Rowville were the area’s biggest movers in the quarter as investors looked to park their money in more affordable suburbs.
The median price in Boronia was up 9.1 per cent in the quarter, followed closely by an 8.3 per cent rise in Ferntree Gully and a 7.2 per cent jump in Rowville.
