今天的悉尼《周日电讯报》头版头条刊出悉尼林家灭门案取得突破性进展的消息，称新州警方已经锁定这起骇人听闻凶杀案的犯罪嫌疑人。
自从去年7月18日发生该起震惊全澳的悉尼林家灭门案至今已过去八个月，警方终于声称案件侦破工作取得重大突破。
据报道，案发前林家总资产已达$400万澳元，包括价值 $130万澳元的Epping书报店和一系列房产，不过警方相信这并非这起谋杀案的唯一动机。
警方曾在去年约谈过目前锁定的这名男性凶嫌，近日又两度约谈此人。
《周日电讯报》披露，警方一直围绕林家关系网展开调查，并聚焦在林家一宗单独的家庭法律诉讼案上。该报表示警方锁定的主要凶嫌是与林家相识和有关联的人。警方已排除该案与书报店对面押款车被劫有关的可能性。
