Home owners in Burwood saw the median house value in their suburb rocket a staggering $1652 a day in the last three months of 2009, to $810,000.Matt Lockyer, of Cooper Newman Real Estate, said Chinese investors were fuelling Burwood's record growth, with prices particularly hot on homes close to Deakin University.
