6月1日起百货公司Target将不提供购物塑料袋

DEPARTMENT store Target will stop giving customers plastic bags at the checkout from 1 June, a move which will save 100 million bags from the landfill each year.

据2009年5月30日《Herald Sun》报道，从6月1日起，全澳286间Target 百货公司将停止向顾客免费提供购物塑胶袋。

如果如果顾客要求，Target将对无法再利用塑料袋收取$1澳元，对可降解包装袋征收10分钱。
