首期置业补贴翻番政策即将到期悉尼首置人士大增


CHRIS Fenn has a simple mathematical equation that keeps him happily in western Sydney: You can't save $500,000 on train tickets.

It's three bedrooms on a quarter of an acre block and backs on to a nature reserve. Yet it cost less than some Eastern Suburbs residents spend on a car.

At $240,000, and with mortgage repayments at just $320 a week, the couple are saving money compared to what they were paying in rent.
