澳洲工商会提倡员工休年假支持国内旅游业

The Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) are encouraging workers to take leave, believing it could actually help to boost the local economy.

According to the ACCI, 123 million days and $33.3 billion of annual leave in Australian businesses is going unused and workers should be taking their accrued leave.

据2009年3月31日澳广报道，澳大利亚工商会提倡公司雇员在当前经济困难时期休年假。此前联邦政府也宣布鼓励员工休假的计划，以支持澳大利亚本地旅游业。

澳工商会首席执行官安德逊称雇员无需担心他们休假回来职位已不保。安德逊说休年假是一名员工保持工作热情的必要部分，与能否保住工作无关。员工个人以及企业方面都应该意识到这一点。
