昆州首次购房者大增拯救当地房产市场？

据2009年1月10日澳洲新闻联社报道，今年12月份，昆士兰州申请首次购房补贴的人数比8月份多了一倍，达到3356人。12月份实际落实兑现的首置补贴数量达到2859份，而8月份的申请数量为1662份，实际兑现1603 份。

昆州财政厅长Andrew Fraser表示，申请首置补贴的数量大量增加与联邦及州政府的有效刺激政策是难以分开的。
