西澳一公务员盗用死人身份诈取$30万元婴儿补贴被控上法庭

The Perth Magistrates Court has been told a man will be defending charges of using the identities of dead people to falsely claim baby bonus payments of more than $300,000.

据2008年11月28日《澳洲人报》报道，西澳国民保健处（Medicare）一名23岁男职员盗用死人身份证明编造58名根本不存在的婴儿，以骗取高达$300,000多万元的婴儿补贴和防疫补助。

昨天他在珀斯被捕，并以多项罪名被控上珀斯地方法庭。
