维州或削减首次置业者房产印花税

据2008年5月6日《The Age》报道，今天出炉的维多利亚州政府新预算预计将削减首次置业人士房产交易印花税。可能有两种形式选择：
1）削减低价位房产交易印花税；
2）对某个价位水平以下的房产全免首次置业人士印花税

Options the Government is known to have considered include reducing the amount of stamp duty payable on houses in the lower price ranges, or exempting first-home buyers from paying stamp duty on houses below a certain value.
