墨尔本房产拍卖出清率大幅下跌 是否预示市场降温？

Analysts warn another 300,000 households are at risk if next month's predicted rate rise goes ahead.

据2008年2月24日《The Sunday Age》报道，墨尔本房产市场在昨天迎来近两年来首次明显降温迹象，一些地区的房产拍卖的出清率（clearance rate）两年来第一次低于60%，而去年这一数据一直保持在80%左右。

维州地产协会（REIV）表示，墨尔本地产市场似乎短期见顶，未来房价走势将趋缓。
