澳洲实行入籍考试以来超过20％不及格 新政府拟全面检讨

澳洲入籍考试考场现场状况

据2008年1月2日《The Age》报道，从2007年10月1日起澳洲实行入籍考试制度3个月以来，参加考试的10,636人中总共有2311人不及格，不合格率超过20%。

公民入籍考试的通常形式是在电脑上回答20道多项选择题，其中有三道涉及澳大利亚公民责任与特权内容的考题为必答题，整个考试时间为45分钟，是闭卷考试。试题与答案均为英文，因此入籍考试需要考生具有基本的英语语言能力，也正是基于此，入籍考试不会向之前传言的那样再设立单独的英语能力的测验。考试的20道选择题只要正确回答其中12道也就是60％即可过关。没有通过者可以不限次数地重复参加考试，且只需交一次考试费。十八岁以下及六十岁以上者，以及有永久精神或心理缺陷者免考。

由于及格率较低，新当选的工党联邦政府移民部长Chris Evans1月1日表示，新政府将重新检讨这一考试制度，可能会进行大规模的修订。
